The lido on the Müritz is only about 400 metres away. The town centre, restaurants and shopping facilities are within a 10-minute walk. The sun-drenched apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), a bedroom (double bed, upholstered couch), a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, small dining table, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The house is centrally heated. There is a furnished outdoor seating area, a barbecue, a sun lounger, storage space for bicycles and a car park. Internet connection (W-LAN) is also available. The total price includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning as well as water and energy consumption. The spa town of Waren (Müritz) is subject to visitor's tax. The spa tax must be paid on site.
